* A very nice Welcome Dessert @ Pies' place this past Sunday evening, with six (6) LCF newcomers in attendance. The Lord has been very faithful in drawing guests to 25 S. Newland St. most every Sunday, may we be found faithful in graciousness and hospitality.

* Drop by 1 Peter 4:10, read, then ask, "am I a faithful steward of what the Lord has deposited in my life?" In other words, are you passing out His goodness and grace via your spiritual giftings (i.e., Network-- 2 opp's offered within LCF in 2007)? * Due to substantial budget shortfall, your Board of Ministries has decided to paint the parsonage with LCFers' labor. Contact Walt Kettenburg to get involved. Should giving to LCF's General Fund not improve markedly within the next 3 months, its not looking favorable we will be able to hire an Associate Pastor, and the Board is considering the possibility of renting the parsonage.

* This past winter and spring's LCF Band of Brothers challenged the guys to reach out with Jesus' love to other men outside the church. Given that challenge and encouragement, one of LCF's brothers has since started a Bible study in James with one of his neighbors!
